Returns & Exchanges

All goods sold are non-refundable.
1. Any returns & exchange of item can only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned item without prior notification will not be accepted.
2. All returned/exchanged items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, unsoiled and unaltered) with all the original packaging.
3. All discounted/promotional items are not eligible for any return/exchange.
4. NA ROCIO reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the item(s) does not meet the requirements stated.
5. Any shipping cost incurred for the return/exchange is at customer’s own expenses.
6. In the event that you find the product received is a wrong/defective item/damaged during shipment, kindly notify us via email at hello@na-rocio.com with the following information:
a) Proof of purchase (Order Number/Receipt)
b) A short description of issue and attached with a picture of your item where the part of faulty appears at
*Please note that all the returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days after we’ve received the returned item.
